How to change windows sounds like xp startup and shutdown sounds

Double click Sounds and Audio Devices
Click the Sounds tab
Scroll down the Program events to find what you are looking. In this case the Windows Startup
Click it once and then click browser
Select your favorite song or custom made startup
Click Ok
Click ok and save changes
